Process

  • Strategy

    This stage is where we lay the foundation for success. It includes a Discovery Call where I get a feeling for what you do, why you do it, and how you do it. Onboarding to the Client Project Tracker via Notion, this is your one-stop hub to keep track of our progress at every single stage. A contract agreement. And a Discovery Questionnaire, where we start to get an idea of the art direction of the project and you answer questions.

  • Moodboarding

    Next, I will take everything that we discussed during the strategy phase and use it to start visualizing the creative direction for your project. I will present these directions in a few moodboards for us to discuss. Direction will include typography ideas, colors, logo styles, illustration styles and anything else your brand might benefit from.

  • Design

    Yay! This is the longest phase. I will design the first phase of our project whether that includes full logo suites, colors, fonts, motion or website layouts. I will present these along with my thinking.

  • Motion

    After designs are approved, we add the icing on the cake. In this case… motion! This is my speciality, but it is optional. Motion makes brands memorable. Motion gives your brand or project a chance to stand out from the crowd.

  • Offboarding

    We’ve crushed our goals, you love the deliverables and you can’t wait to show your friends and family… all is good! Now to Offboard which includes final files and a packet with any further resources you may need.

Contracts

All projects require a signed contract before work begins. This ensures we’re aligned on expectations, timelines, and deliverables. Contracts include terms for revisions, payment, ownership, and cancellation.

      • Revision turnaround timelines for both myself and you

    • Cancellations + Kill Fees

      • A fee applies to cancellations mid-project

      • A fee applies for projects pausing more than 30+ days.

    • Ownership + Usage

      • Designer rights

      • Final deliverable property upon full payment

    • Timeline + Communication

      • Preferred communication methods

      • Feedback required within 48-72 hours

  • Clients working with or for non-profits.

  • I’d love to support your cause not just creatively, but also in a financial way. I plan to donate a portion of my earnings from our project back to your cause, as a personal commitment to supporting the work you’re doing.

    While not a traditional discount, this model helps me to contribute to causes I believe in while keeping my pricing model in tact.

  • Clients just starting out or with smaller budgets.

  • If you’re smaller or just starting out, paying the full amount upfront can be challenging — especially when you're investing in long-term growth.

    I’m happy to offer a flexible payment plan that spreads the cost over multiple installments.
